Features
Leflow provides high performance gate valve products, including Wedge gate valve, Pressure seal gate valve, Knife gate valve, Flat gate valve and Bellow seal gate valve. The OS&Y stem is most popular, but Non-Rising Stem type is also in our scope. Both flexible and Solid disc are available. For big size or Big pressure valve, By-pass design is optional.Below seal gate valve also falls in our ability.
A gate valve, known as a sluice valve, is a valve that opens by lifting a barrier (gate) out of the path of the fluid. When fully open, the typical gate valve has no obstruction in the flow path, resulting in very low flow resistance. The size of the open flow path generally varies in a nonlinear manner as the gate is moved. This means that the flow rate does not change evenly with stem travel.
CAST STEEL GATE VALVE-DIN is usually for working condition in which the valve is not opened or closed frequently, and supports gate fully open or fully closed. It’s not suitable for adjustment or throttling.
Gate valve includes three types-Wedge gate, Knife Gate and Parallel Gate.
The disc of Wedge gate valve comes with Solid Type and Flexible Type.
Flexible Wedge Gate Valves design consists of two independent and flexible wedge halves, that allow a relative movement to accommodate changes in the body seat angles.
Solid wedge is designed in one-piece model while flexible wedge offers a wedge shape for both seats.
