FREE-VALVE’s swing insulation check valve adopts jacket insulation design,A Metal jacket is welded between the two ends of the flange, The jacket is made of carbon steel which is more resistant to pressure and stronger than casting.The insulation check valve has good thermal insulation characteristics, and can effectively reduce the heat loss of medium in the pipeline.So set a jacket connection on the side and bottom of the check valve, Connections are used for steam in and out, thus keeping the check valve warm and ensuring proper circulation of the viscous media.
